I love the idea of your site and look forward to using Builder’sUpdate frequently. When I began working with this buyer, it really was great to get information on all the inventory homes in the areas buyers want to buy.

I joined Virginia Cook, Realtors in August and at one of the first Monday sales meetings, Andy Bearden, did presentation at the meeting. I was already working with a buyer considering building with Beazer Homes in Denton and it was great to have the site to check out any other builders near where my buyer wanted to build and/or other areas for same builder. I have a closing with that buyer on February 17th. I have another buyer scheduled for closing February 23 in D. R. Horton home in Fort Worth. When I began working with this buyer in early January, it really was great to be able to get information on all the inventory homes in the area my buyers wanted to buy. I knew there were lots of new sub-divisions in the N. Ft. Worth Area and great to get information for the builders you have in your site. I love the idea of your site and look forward to seeing more and more of the area builder’s information pop up in the searches. I discovered areas "where no man has gone before." I was able to map out where I was going, instead of driving all over the place looking for a new subdivision that may or may not be there. I probably saved several tanks of gas! I go to nearly all the builder events, and I still found subdivisions on BU that I didn't know about. The more I used the system, the more I realized how helpful it is. I found Agent Resources and Community Links very helpful. I was able to email my clients several links from your site which gave me a great reason to get in front of them again, as well as assist them further in buying a home.
